Aves Housing incorporated as a not for profit organisation in October 2010 providing just 5 supported accommodation places in one South London borough.
We have now expanded our service offering to manage over 80 supported accommodation projects 9 Pan London boroughs providing safe and supported accommodation to over 350 vulnerable clients.
We work hard at delivering a high standard for the Quality Assisted Framework (QAF) are currently Rated Grade B (SITRA Reviewed October 2015)
We also offer a specialised service for Care leavers from 18+ to those young people who need more than support and supervision to sustain their tenancies.
Our additional services include move on support, life skills and IT training and counselling.
