Audio Call Back System
Fill the First Name, Family Name and Phone Number boxes, then press Start Recording to record an audio message. Then press Submit Recording to send the message to the team as a transcribed text message.
If you record an audio message offline you will be able to listen to the message before it is sent. To listen to a message click on the listen
icon. You can then send or delete
it and record a new message
Your message will be reviewed throughout the day. Your transcribed message will appear below when successfully delivered to the team.
Voice Recording Terms:
- Privacy: The original audio recording is not stored
- Maximum recording time: 5 minutes
- Auto-send: Your recording will be sent securely when the time limit is reached
- Consent: By using this feature, you agree to have your voice recorded and transcribed
- The complete list of your interactions and agreed actions can be requested at any time
How to make this meeting like a Podcast
This can be a summary of where your client is in relation to your support. These will be a useful tool in recording your interactions with client on Contact Record. Simply copy and paste the RAR into the contact record.
